If you're in the US, once your payment has been processed, you'll receive a confirmation email with your order details. From there, your order will be sent to fulfillment and prepared for shipping. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a Shipment Notification email with a tracking number.

YES! Freebies are included with every order. Depending on the size of your order, you may receive more seeds than you paid for, OR you might receive some samples of other strains we offer!
Orders are typically dispatched from our facility either same-day, or on the following business day. Our shipping days are Monday-Friday. Orders placed on Friday afternoons, or over the weekend, will ship on the following Monday.
On days when we're holding a large sale or drop, our order fulfillment team may take a bit longer than normal to dispatch all orders.
