Unfortunately the postal service doesn’t always work in our favor. If there is an issue with shipping, and it’s clear your package isnt going to make it, we will resend your order.
If your tracking information shows that your order was delivered, but you didn’t receive it, our customer service team will do what we can to resolve the problem. Unfortunately we can’t be responsible for package thieves.
