Rockslide is a cross between very specific phenotypes of our Sapphyre F2, and Fatality strains. Both strains are capable of producing massively frosty buds, and we were determined to combine the frostiest of the frosty phenos of both of these strains throughout this breeding project.
Rockslide is the result of those efforts, and we know these results will speak for themselves. This strain has mind-blowing trichome density, to the point where it’s often impossible to see any green on the buds through the thick layer of frost. If you’re into frosty autoflowers, this strain is a must-try.
Not only is it one of our frostiest strains, but its also one of the best terpene producers out of our entire lineup. Touching the buds when Rockslide is flowering will leave your hands, your clothes, your scissors- anything and everything- absolutely covered in sticky, greasy resin. That characteristic makes it an absolute unit when it comes to extract yields, by the way.
You can expect a sweet dessert-type terpene profile right up front with Rockslide, it takes a lot of the scent notes from its Sapphyre mommy. There’s also distinct rubber band, and spice notes in the background. BUT, when it comes to plant structure and yield, the Fatality ends up being the dominant influence. This strain puts on very hard and dense, very tight, golf-ball-buds that are just completely showered in crystals.
Yield potential is high, hitting around 10 oz of finished flower (in a 5-gallon pot) very consistently in our test runs.
It’s also a pretty quick strain, often finishing under 70 days, and the effect profile that’s been reported most by our lucky group of “Quality testers” is “Sativa” leaning. That means it’s a great morning strain to get you going, or even a great 2pm strain to keep you from strangling Nancy in the next cubicle over, with her fake nails clacking so loud on that god-damned keyboard that you’re pretty sure the noise could literally bring corpses back to life, just so they could tell her to STFU.
